Product Manager Automotive Systems 

We are looking for a highly motivated product manager to define and build new automotive software products in the areas of ADAS and safety.  As a product manager, you will work closely with designers and engineers to design and spec software that will go into millions of automobiles around the world.

 In this role, you will:

  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements
  • Work closely with engineering, UX, project management and other stakeholders to define product roadmaps and bring solutions to market

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Successfully completed studies of computer science or a comparable education / qualification;
  • Knowledge in SAP Application server ABAP;

What are my responsibilities?

  • Receive, documentation, coordination, follow-up and resolution of all incoming requests of our customers, via ticketing system;
  • Assumption of responsibility for each open ticket until completion;
  • Interaction with the users and the 2nd levels support units;
  • 1st level support for all User Help Desk applications / work packages;
  • Implementing the objectives to meet the Service Level Agreement (e.g. ticket quality, availability, time resolution rate, etc.).

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Successfully completed university studies;
